This recognition is given based on an evaluation of an organization’s ethics and compliance program, governance, culture of ethics, environmental and social impact, and third-party management across over 245 data points. The process considers the programs and practices in place to uphold ethical standards and practices across these key areas, and the data undergoes further qualitative analysis by Ethisphere’s panel of experts. In 2025, 136 companies spanning 19 countries and 44 industries were recognized.
