CBRE Establishes Fukuoka Consulting Arm

On January 1, 2021, CBRE's (Japan Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) Fukuoka branch established a new consulting department, making it the fourth market after Tokyo, Kansai, and Nagoya to offer such services.

The new service offering will leverage CBRE's 50-year experience helping domestic companies with strategic advice on the sale, acquisition, and development of commercial real estate. CBRE will also provide clients with tailored and strategic portfolio planning in connection with the utilization of existing properties and real estate assets.

Tokuo Yamane, CBRE Fukuoka Branch Manager, said, "By starting a new consulting service, the Fukuoka team will offer a full spectrum of services, making CBRE a one-stop solution for all commercial real estate needs.
