CBRE Commits Funds to Alba Edu's Communication Skills Program

April 15, 2025

TOKYO, April 15, 2025 - CBRE Japan, headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, has announced its support for Alba Edu Inc., a general incorporated association that provides educational programs focused on developing children’s presentation skills, through a donation of funds in 2025.

Eiji Sakaguchi, Chairman and CEO of CBRE, stated, "CBRE is deeply invested in fostering the potential of future generations. Our decision to support Alba Edu and their initiative to expand educational programs focused on enhancing communication skills nationwide reflects this commitment. We hope this program will empower more children to develop strong presentation skills, enabling them to confidently express their opinions and thrive on the global stage."

CBRE has a long-standing commitment to community contribution through various initiatives. Since 2010, we have actively engaged in donation activities, primarily through employee fundraising. Our support for Ayumi Gakuen, an orphanage in Saitama, began in 2017, and in 2020, we established the CBRE MIRAI Fund to further support the education and independence of young adults graduating from the facility. Additionally, since 2020, CBRE has been supporting local NPOs in Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka - communities where our regional offices operate. As a real estate advisory and services company, CBRE strives to enrich both businesses and people's lives. We will continue to contribute to society through impactful activities like this partnership with Alba Edu.
