Takashi Hirai joined CBRE in 2019 and initially focused on research and analysis of Japan’s logistics real estate market and data center sector within the Consulting department. In July 2025, he became Associate Director of the Industrial Team of CBRE Research. Before joining CBRE, Takashi spent approximately 10 years at Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd., including three years in the office building business and seven years involved in urban redevelopment projects.
