Based in Japan, Shuran supports the CBRE Hotel Investment Team on hotel transactions and is responsible for managing and executing projects including portfolio sales and strategic advisory. She has experience in real estate investment and asset management in Asia.
Shuran joined CBRE Japan in November 2023, specializing in hotel investment sales. Prior to CBRE, Shuran worked at Starwood Capital Group. During her time at Starwood, she experienced acquisitions and asset management of assets in Japan and Australia with total asset value of $1.5 billion, launching sales activity of Starwood Real Estate Income Trust (SREIT) in Japan and supported SH Hotels & Resorts’ efforts in bringing the first 1 Hotel to Japan.
Prior to Starwood, Shuran worked at Savills Japan Co., Ltd.’s hotel team focusing on hotel investment sales, operator selection and advisory. She holds Master of Science degrees in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
2023年11月加盟世邦魏理仕 （CBRE），隶属专注于酒店不动产买卖中介的Hotels部门，为国内外机构投资者与高净值个人提供酒店不动产组合买卖等相关的中介及咨询服务，拥有在亚洲地区进行不动产投资及资产管理的经验。
在加盟CBRE之前，曾在喜达屋资本集团（Starwood Capital Group）日本分公司负责日本及澳大利亚总额达15亿美元的不动产投资与资产管理业务，并参与Starwood Real Estate Income Trust（SREIT）在日本的销售启动，以及协助喜达屋资本旗下的SH Hotels & Resorts在日本开设首家1 Hotel品牌酒店。
在入职喜达屋资本集团之前，曾在全球领先的房地产服务商第一太平戴维斯（Savills）从事酒店不动产买卖中介、酒店运营商选定及咨询业务等工作。
拥有哥伦比亚大学建筑研究院的不动产开发硕士学位及城市规划硕士学位。
