Haini graduated from a national university in Japan with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. She began her career at Nikken Sekkei, Japan’s largest architectural design firm, where she was involved in major projects including Tokyo 2020 Olympic facilities, luxury residential developments, and commercial complexes, gaining experience in international project coordination and design management.
She later joined Hoshino Resorts as one of the development leads for the China market, where she played a key role in launching the brand’s first hotel project in mainland China and collaborated with local fund partners and developers. Through this, she built a strong foundation in hotel asset strategy, brand introduction, and investment analysis.
Since 2019, she has been with CBRE, advising cross-border investors on real estate acquisitions, development, and post-investment strategies in Japan. Her clients include institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals from Asia, North America, and Europe. She has supported multiple foreign clients in entering the Japanese market, including legal entity setup, asset evaluation, successful financing, and long-term operational strategy development.
王 沛妮毕业于日本国立大学建筑学系，拥有建筑与城市规划的专业背景。其职业生涯起步于日本最大的建筑设计公司日建设计，曾参与包括东京奥运会设施、高端住宅、商业综合体、养老医疗设施及城市更新等多个大型项目，积累了扎实的项目统筹与国际协作能力。
随后加入日本高端酒店集团星野，担任市场开发负责人之一，推动品牌在中国大陆首家酒店项目的成立与推进，并与中国本地基金及开发商展开深度合作。此后，凭借在酒店集团的从业经验，她能为客户提供包括运营方筛选、选址价值判断、项目定位企划、盈利模型测算等在内的全方位建议，协助客户精准把控资产运营潜力，并提升项目的长期价值。
2019年后，她将专业重心转向不动产金融与跨境交易。目前在CBRE，她专注于跨境投资者在日本的不动产并购、开发与投后战略支持。服务对象包括来自日本国内、中国、北美等的机构资金、家族办公室与高净值客户等。她曾协助多家外资企业完成日本市场切入、法人设立、资产评估、成功融资及后期运营策略等，帮助客户实现项目的长期收益最大化。
