Eiichi Nakajima

Eiichi Nakajima is the Head of Data Center, Capital Markets, Japan, responsible for building client engagement strategies and driving growth and revenue in the DC sector within Japan. This is a strategic role for the business, creating single accountability in integrating and enhancing deal execution capabilities across the Japanese market. Eiichi is based in Tokyo and has been part of the market-leading Japan Capital Markets team since joining CBRE in April 2014. His foundation lies in the industrial sector, where he established a proven track record across a diverse client base—including end users, developers, asset managers, and institutional funds—spanning all property types and scales. Building on this expertise, he has expanded his focus to the data center sector, handling brokerage for large-scale data center development sites as well as operational, state-of-the-art data center assets.
He is fluent in Japanese and English and has extensive experience driving data center asset investments, including development land and operational facilities across Japan. He holds a degree from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
