Kiyoshi Tsuchiya is a Director with CBRE Hotels Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo. Tsuchiya has spent more than two decades in hotel and other types of real estate assets’ investment, asset management, development and appraisal in Japan.
Tsuchiya previously served as Vice President for asset management, acquisitions and development at Pacific Star Group where he was involved with luxury hotel development and luxury residential asset management. At Morgan Stanley Group, he led the Asset Management Group as Director, in which he supervised asset management of the hotel properties. His responsibilities expanded to underwriting, closing, on the purchase of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay and ANA Hotels portfolio. Tsuchiya started his carrier at Yuraku Real Estate as well as Taisei Corporation.
Tsuchiya is a graduate of Yokohama City University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. He is holds licenses of Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Transaction Manager.
