In Q4 2017, the vacancy rate further decreased by 0.2 percentage points to 7.5% compared to the previous quarter.

Prime headline rents in the city center slightly increased compared to previous quarter and stood between 20.00 and 21.00 €/ sq m/ month.

Gross take-up (including renegotiations and subleases) in the fourth quarter of 2017 amounted to 175,000 sq m.
