§The Edmonton industrial market reported 809,508 sq. ft. of positive absorption in Q4 2017, bringing the year-to-date total to positive 609,462 sq. ft.
§There was 57,400 sq. ft. of new supply introduced to Edmonton’s industrial market in Q4 2017. There is 1,043,264 sq. ft. currently under construction in the region.
§The average net asking lease rate remained flat quarter-over-quarter at $9.71 per sq. ft., but increased $0.20 year-over-year compared to Q4 2016.
