Scott Marshall is CBRE’s Global Chief Client Officer spearheading one of the firm’s most important strategic initiatives – Client Care. Scott oversees CBRE’s account management and client experience programs ensuring our professionals are working seamlessly across business lines and geographies to deliver the power of the CBRE platform while driving exceptional client outcomes.
Prior to his role as Chief Client Officer, Scott served as Chief Development Officer & President for Hana, a wholly-owned CBRE subsidiary offering plug-and-play flexible office solutions for both real estate investors and occupiers, including occupier team suites (Hana Team), meeting and conference space (Hana Meet) and coworking space (Hana Share).
Mr. Marshall has held numerous executive leadership positions since joining CBRE in 2011. As Americas President Investor Leasing, he set the strategy for a significant line of business across office, industrial and retail specialties. He also served as head of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services business in the Americas, encompassing all aspects of CBRE’s supply chain and logistics business in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
With more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Scott’s expertise includes corporate strategy and executive team leadership, business operations, client account management and business development, asset management, acquisition and disposition strategies, finance, development and transactional brokerage.
