Our Rotation Program
After joining the company, you will experience three departments at OJT before this assignment. Not only will you gain a better understanding of CBRE's diverse business, but it will also be an opportunity to build connections that will help you in your subsequent work and collaboration. We have also introduced a mentor system that allows you to receive the knowledge and advice of senior employees. We have a system in place where you can feel free to consult about your anxieties and worries.
In order to acquire the qualification for building a house unique to the real estate industry, in addition to the training during business hours, we also have a tuition subsidy system for those who want to attend a separate school.

Office Environment
CBRE has 9 bases all over Japan. Above all, the Tokyo head office welcomes thousands of visitors every year as an activity-based working (ABW) showcase. In addition, ABW is being introduced sequentially at other offices such the Kansai branch that moved in March 2018, and the Fukuoka branch that was renewed in April 2019.
