CBRE announced today that it has completed the relocation of its Tokyo office to the Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building in Marunouchi (2-1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). CBRE chose to relocate from its existing office in Hamamatsucho for a number of reasons:

- Supported by the latest technology, CBRE’s activity-based work concept (Workplace 360) provides our professionals with choices of how, when, and where to work. This increased flexibility will boost productivity and enable more effective collaboration around clients.
- The relocation provided the opportunity to consolidate our four Tokyo offices – Hamamatsucho (HQ), Nihonbashi, Saitama, and Shinjuku.
- CBRE is committed to being a sustainability leader. CBRE has established a number of environmental initiatives in its new office to reduce its carbon footprint. We have achieved a 92% reduction in on-site storage space, and transitioned to a paperless environment.
