In Tokyo’s 23 wards, the January vacancy rate decreased 0.3 points month-over-month to 6.0%, Osaka saw a m-o-m decrease of 0.2 points to 9.2%, and Nagoya saw a decrease of 0.1 points to 10.2%. With regard to the Grade A vacancy rate, Tokyo decreased 1.1 points m-o-m to 6.0%, Osaka saw a decrease of 1.8 points to 10.4%, and Nagoya saw a decrease of 0.1 points to 3.9%.
