Regarding the personal information obtained by CBRE K.K. (hereinafter also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) in the course of real estate appraisal services, etc., we may sometimes use the information for appraisal services, etc. requested by the customer(*), as reference information for official appraisals, such as land price guidelines and results from investigations of land prices, and for appraisal services, etc. requested by other customers.

*“Appraisal services, etc.” mean services for the appraisal of real estate, investigations and analysis conducted in the name of a real estate appraiser, etc. concerning various factors affecting the objective value of real estate, and consultation services concerning the use of real estate and transactions or investments in real estate (Article 3 of the Act on Appraisal of Real Estate).

  • Scope of joint users
    Japan Association of Real Estate Appraisers and its members, or the members of the respective prefectural associations of real estate appraisers.
  • Items of personal information for joint use
    Factors that form regional prices, such as the locations, market values, and areas of properties, the names of parties to transactions, individual restrictions such as the widths of facing roads, restrictions under public law, and regional features of locations.
  • Purposes of use
    Land price guidelines, investigations of land prices, and other official evaluations, and the appraisal services, etc. provided in Article 3 of the Act on Appraisal of Real Estate.
  • Administrator
    The Japan Association of Real Estate Appraisers (including its local subsidiary associations) and its organizational members, i.e., prefectural associations of real estate appraisers.
