CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE AREAS OF EMPLOYMENT AND HOW TRANSFERS OR OTHER PERSONNEL CHANGES ARE MANAGED?
After the training program concludes, you will be assigned to a division according to the combined consideration of individual preferences, abilities and internal requirements. CBRE has 10 offices throughout Japan, and employees may be assigned to any of these geographies. Many of the transfers and personnel changes are determined through our internal recruitment and self-assessment system.
ARE THERE ANY OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK ABROAD?
Yes, the possibility of working overseas abroad exists, but is naturally dependent on opportunity.
DO I NEED TO SPEAK JAPANESE?
Although CBRE is a global company, and our clients are both domestic and international firms, our primary contacts are with Japanese speaking personnel. Therefore, the vast majority of the roles at CBRE require very strong business level Japanese.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I AM EMPLOYED AT THE COMPANY?
There will be a few weeks of new employee training immediately upon joining which include soft skill training on professional business manners, after which intense on the job training will commence.
