Across Tokyo’s 23 wards, the vacancy rate decreased 0.1 points to 7.4%, Osaka saw a decrease of 0.2 points to 9.4%, and Nagoya saw a decrease of 0.2 points to 11.2%. With regard to Grade A vacancies, Tokyo was flat at 8.8%, Osaka increased 0.3 points to 10.1%, and Nagoya saw a decrease of 1.1 points to 1.9%.
