 CBRE to Host 2012 Real Estate Seminar in Tokyo on April 25 

 Presentations to include “Global Economies & Real Estate Markets” and “2012 Tokyo Leasing Market” 

April 2, 2012, Tokyo, Japan - CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, will host its 2012 Real Estate Seminar in Tokyo on April 25. This year’s themes include “Global Economies & Real Estate Markets” and “2012 Tokyo Leasing Market,” which will discuss trends and forecasts for major overseas markets as well as individual sectors in Japan’s real estate market.

This year’s event will feature presentations by CBRE’s Global Chief Economist Raymond Torto; CBRE’s Chief Economist for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) Peter Damesick; and CBRE’s Head of Research for Asia/Pacific Nick Axford; among a variety of other speakers. In addition, Torto will also be moderating a panel discussion comparing investment sentiment and opportunities in Japan and around the world.

Separately, senior members of CBRE Japan’s leadership will be providing updates on Japan’s office, industrial and retail leasing markets, with current and future market outlooks based on CBRE’s market analysis.
