CBRE’s 15-month Graduate Training program in Japan aims to attract, retain and develop high potential young professionals. Trainees in this program will have unique opportunities to learn how CBRE operates and the opportunity to work closely with internal and external clients. You will be exposed to different real estate disciplines through job rotations and specific assignments to develop relevant skills. You will learn through these projects and benefit from interaction with seasoned professionals at CBRE in Japan. Through this experience, trainees would also develop critical problem solving, project management and client relationship management skills.
You will receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed mentors, peers, managers and internal business partners. This process will help you establish career aspirations and identify a career development plan within CBRE.
