Job Description
Facilities Management
To oversee facilities management for client portfolios, ensuring effective; efficient, and safe working conditions.
- Coordinating repair and maintenance work for the property and office equipment,
e.g. lighting; air-conditioning; copiers; fax machine; fire extinguishers; etc.
- Arranging office cleaning; pest control; office plants, etc.
- Purchasing of office consumables, e.g. pantry supplies; printer paper; sundries; etc.
- Keeping CRE related expenses within budget and accounting for said expenses in appropriate records.
- Ensuring all repair and maintenance work is recorded through the BMSe system (an electronic building request system).
- Assisting with Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) issues.
- Updating Building Emergency Action Plan for the office as necessary.
- Security System - Managing the door access control systems.
- Physical Security - Overseeing security guards during non-office hours.
Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant experience in commercial facilities management with significant supervisory responsibility.
- Motivated and energetic self starter.
- Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Business English ability.(Optional)
